Consent Form for Enrollment Sleepover

Here is the link to the Enrollment Consent Form to stay over in church. It is compulsory for all Boys to stay over.

The consent is also requested in the same form for the swimming activity at Kelab Syabas (near to Taman Jaya LRT, and A&W PJ) on the same date: 30th of July 2011.

Meeting on the 23rd of July 2011

There will be both morning and afternoon sessions this week.

Morning Session (0900-1130 hours)
*Those who are not going for the BBBS band performance, take note of the following meeting details.

Venue: TMC

Dress Code: Company T-Shirt and Longs, with SHOES.

Things to bring: Sports Attire

*There will be inter-squad games going on in the morning. Come and enjoy a time of fellowship and fun!

Afternoon Session (1430-1800 hours)

Venue: TMC

Dress Code: Company T-Shirt and Longs, with SHOES.

Things to bring: Drill Award Coursework, Band Instuments

*There will be Drill Award Basic Classes this week.

*There will be Band Practice this week.

Meeting on the 16th July 2011

There will be both morning and afternoon meeting this week.

Morning Session (0900-1130 hours)

Dress Code: Day Dress

Things to bring: Physical Training Attire

*There will be a Physical Training Pre-Test this week. Please be ready.

Afternoon Session (1430-1800 hours)

Venue: TMC

Dress Code Day Dress

Things to bring: Band Instruments, Drill Award Coursework, RM6(for those who bought the Drill Manual, PAY BY THIS WEEK)

*There will be band, as well as Guard of Honor Practice this week.
