There will be both morning and afternoon meetings today. The morning meeting will be dedicated to rehearsals for the Installation & Awards Day.

Members should have already submitted their awards application forms.

Time: 0900-1130 hours

Dress Code: Company T-Shirt and Longs

Things to bring: FULL DAY DRESS (For Installation and Awards Day)

Afternoon Meeting (Installation & Awards Event)

Venue: Trinity Methodist Church

Time: 1445-1800**** hours (Please tell your parents about the dismissal time for this day)

Arrival Time for Parents: 1420-1445 hours****

Dress Code: Day Dress
